Bright School Leaver with an interest in IT
The IT Assistant role is to assist the IT/Project Manager in a busy department due to numerous new projects being implemented. Duties will include supporting a number of communication systems, sending reports to departmental managers; analysing the reports and correcting any issues and incorrect information. The ideal IT Assistant will have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with all levels of management, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have superb analytical skills, be careful in their work and pay great attention to detail.
Salary dependent upon AAE . Career prospects for a good candidate as company is growing, knowledge of PPC, SEO an advantage but not essential.

Overseas Operations & Service Delivery Manager
Reporting to the Overseas Contracting & Operations Director, this senior role will ensure consistency and quality of service provided to customers by Resorthoppa overseas staff and suppliers worldwide.
Initial focus will be on developing and implementing a robust framework and procedures for
managing delivery of excellent service that can be replicated in all destinations worldwide. In addition, the role will be responsible for promotion of the company and securing opportunities for revenue generation in all major holiday destinations.
Applicants must be customer focussed with good communication skills and demonstrated commercial acumen. Experience of managing overseas operations and of managing service teams is essential. The position will be based in Spain, so knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage. Regular travel within Spain and overseas will be required.

Location Care provide a predominantly phone based service to holiday makers whilst they are overseas. We book excursions, provide a concierge service and provide help and advice should a client run into problems. Occasionally phone support is not sufficient and the clients require practicable help "on the ground". This is where our support staff in resort come in.
Employment is on an ad-hoc basis, as and when needed, however we offer very attractive hourly rates. Our support staff need to be fluent in English and the local language. Support staff should have a proven track record of customer care and have the ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and organised manner.
